At House of Sajawaat, we carefully inspect every order before dispatch. However, if there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Exchange Eligibility

We offer exchange only in the following cases:

• You received a damaged product
• You received the wrong product

Conditions for Exchange

• Exchange requests must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
• The item must be unused and in its original packaging
• Customers may be asked to share clear photos or videos of the issue for verification
• Exchange requests submitted after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted

No Refund Policy

Please note that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Eligible orders will only be processed for exchange.

Non-Exchangeable Cases

We do not offer exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Personal preference
• Minor color variations due to screen display
• Products damaged after use
